| Abstract: | The reform in personnel system in colleges and universities is paid close attention to .This paper introducessome practices of the whole staff employing system in the Northern and Southern campuses of Changsha Social WorkCollege,which are worth using for reference.Especially,the work in carrying forward the fine traditions of political andideological work is paingstaking,which has accumulated experience for establishing a contingent of teachers andworkers with a sense of being masters,and which is worth popularizing. |
