城市化进程中失地农民问题探析[1]

城市化是一个势不可挡的过程,现阶段我国正处在城市化快速发展进程中。在城市扩张的过程中征占农村土地的力度越来越大,失地农民越来越多。由于自身素质、体制和管理等多方面的原因,一部分农民失地又失业,成为新的困难群体,社会矛盾日渐突出。对此,应给予高度重视,并探索有效的解决途径。本文在深入分析失地问题基础上提出了解决失地农民问题的对策构想。

Elementary Analysis on the Issue of Lost-field Farmers in the Process of Citification

Citification is a irresistible process.At present,our country is undergoing the fast developing process of citification.Due to the expansion of cities,the scale of commandeered rural land is bigger and bigger,and then there are more and more lost-field farmers.Because of their own abilities,system and administration,and so on,part of the farmers lose not only their fields but also their jobs,and become another group of people who confront much difficulty,then social contradictory is more and more obvious.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on it and to find out effective means to solve it.Based on deeply analysis on it,this paper proposes a plan on how to solve this issue.
