信息伦理学的兴起及其内容、视角

信息伦理学是指研究信息开发、信息传播、信息的管理和利用等方面的伦理要求、伦理准则、伦理规约以及在此基础上形成的新型的伦理关系的应用伦理学学科。信息伦理学尽管是一种新型的伦理学应用学科，但它的出现却并不意味着传统伦理学的断裂，而是传统伦理学在以信息技术为基础的现代社会中的发展。在新型的信息伦理学研究中，可以吸取功利论、义务论、美德论三种不同视角各自的长处，以形成一种综合的理论视角。
