| Abstract: | In recent years, China＇s low-cost housing policy became failed. In a comprehensive view, it is the result of a diversified game. The article analyzed the performance and the reasons of the low-cost housing policy implementation failure.On this basis, it puts forward relevant measures to eliminate the policy failure of the low-rent room implementation. |
