| 摘 要： | 社区矫正试点以来,上海坚持重在体现人性化管理、人文关怀的工作理念,2011年以来,上海各个区县更进一步积极创新实践“个别化矫正”方案.以上海市F区社区矫正工作开展的理论和实践考察,支持社区矫正实施的社会土壤、专业人才介入和干预、执法权和机构的规范性、严肃性有待改善.

| Abstract: | Shanghai forms one idea that focusing correction experiment from 2012. Every district takes humanization management and humanistic care in community actively part in ＂individual＂ correction and does its best to make new achievement. Inspecting F district in Shanghai, there are some problems, such as lack of supports from communities and professionals, and the weakness of laws and serious agencies. |
