压力型体制下乡村治理运行逻辑

本文从我国政府层级中的压力型体制出发,通过对乡村治理演进阶段的分析找出乡村治理的时代特点,进而探究当前乡镇主体和乡村主体是如何应对压力型体制并开展乡村治理活动的。因此需要明确基层政府定位,完善基层政府激励机制,整合村两委思想,培育村民自治文化,最终实现多主体参与共治的新乡村治理。

As the most basic unit of the country,the countryside is closely connected with the people.Rural governance is the foundation of national democratic politics and the basic guarantee of national governance.But rural governance in moving towards the modernization of national governance system and management ability is relatively slow.in this article,through analysis of China's rural governance system has the characteristics of different stages to find common problems existing in the process of rural governance in our country,and then explore under the pressure type system.our country villages and towns and rural areas in the process of governance inner logic in an attempt to put forward some improvement suggestions.
