| 摘 要： | 对于WTO各个协议的解释是WTO争端解决机制中的重要问题。目前的一些国际条约法中关于条约解释的规定有些形成了国际习惯规则的一部分，与WTO争端解决中的条约解释问题有着不可分割的关系。WTO争端解决的实践也表明这些条约解释规则已经得到了应用并对争端的解决起到了积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The interpretation of the WTO treaties is a key in the dispute settlement.Some rules on the interpretation of treaties in some international treaty law at present have become a part of the international customary law. These rules are close related to the WTO dispute settlement. The practice of WTO dispute settlement has shown that these rules have been put into practice and have a postive role in the DSB. |
