| 摘 要： | 当前我国政治程序文明建设中既存在对政治程序文明的原则、价值理解不当的问题,也存在政治程序的实际运行不畅的问题。由此,当前我国政治程序文明建设的基本思路在于:对政治程序文明的价值作出全面理解并突出其独立价值;加强政治程序立法。

| Abstract: | There are problems in the construction of political procedure civilization at present in our country. Problems exist not only in misunderstanding of the principle and value of it, but also in the practical function of the political procedure. As a result, the basic train of thought in construction of at present in our country lies in overall comprehension of its value, high lightening its independent value and strengthening legislation about political procedure. |
