| Abstract: | The managers＇ lead and coordinate art do an important role in crisis management. The managers should do more research, make themselves more morals, stronger in mentality, and put into practice in order to improve their distinguish abilities in crisis management, improve their coordinate and lead ability in order that the crisis could be solved rapidly. |
