| 摘 要： | 我国知识产权行政管理和执法体制具有条块化、多层级、管理和执法一体化等特点。由于机构设置分散,部门繁多,导致条块分割,权力和职能交叉及效率低下等问题。学习发达国家相关经验,有利于我国知识产权管理保护,有利于提高行政效率,有利于推动创新型国家建设。

| Abstract: | China’s intellectual property administration and enforcement system has the characteristics of the bar status,multi-level,and integration of management and law enforcement.The trival institutions,various departments,dispersed setting,causes fragmentation and intersected status,leads to overlapping power and functions,and the low efficiency.Learning the relevant experience of developed countries is conducive to the management of intellectual property protection in China,to improvement of administrative efficiency,and promotion of innovative nation construction. |
