摘    要:警体教学中师生的情感互动是通过师生相互间的尊重、暗示、感染、合作等充分发挥师生的积极性、主动性、创造性,实现师生在知识、技能、人格等方面的相互作用、相互影响。但由于受应试教育、传统文化以及师生间代际差异的影响,情感及其作用被忽视。只有在教学中坚持师生间的民主、平等,确立合理的期望值,满足学生的情感需要,以及客观公正的评价学生,不断提升教师的教育爱,才能真正实现师生间的情感互动,提高教学绩效。

Abstract:In the teaching process of the police physical education, a teacher and his or her students should give respect, hint, influence and cooperation to each other, with the repay of enthusiasm, intiativeness and creativity to one another. Affected by the exam-originated education, traditional culture as well as generation gap between teacher and students, emotion and its effect is ignored. Only by promoting the spirit of democracy, equality, meeting with the emotional demands of the students, can we improve the teaching quality.
