| 摘 要： | 完善的末端程序 ,是监狱刑罚执行工作实现效益最大化的关键。我国监狱刑罚执行末端程序在新的社会形势下存在着诸多缺陷和弊端。在现行刑事法律框架下 ,如何以先进的行刑理念为指导 ,对监狱行刑末端程序进行改革和完善 ,成为当前摆在监狱工作者面前一个紧要的课题。

| Abstract: | It is critical to improve the end procedures in order to realize the maximum of penalty results in prison punishment execution,but there exist defects and mal_practices as prison penalty is imposed in our country in new social situation. Within the current criminal framework,a critical problem is raised before our prison workers as to how to be guided by modern penalty conception to reform and to improve the end procedures of prison penalty. |
