| 摘 要： | 新的时代催动着现代化理论的发展,将中国现代化进程不断推向前进。在党的十一届三中全会后,社会主义现代化成为中华民族的一项伟大工程。全面建设小康社会正是中国现代化进程的重要组成部分。现代化战略目标与现代化客观要求的结合,表现了中国现代化进程的鲜明特点;中国实现现代化的伟大创造,是对世界现代化理论和进程的的一大贡献。

| Abstract: | New times are impoving the development of modernaization theory and will keep advancing Chinese modernaiz-tion procedure. After the 3rd plenary of the 11th CPC National Congress,the building of socialism modernization has become a great project in China and to wholely build a well-off society has been an important part in china's modernization which is characterized by the perfect combination of strategic objection and objective demand as well as a great contribution to the modernization theory and development in the whole world. |
