As the international civil and commercial disputes become ever increasingly complex,international commercial arbitration with its inherent advantages becomes an important way to resolve the civil and commercial disputes with foreign-related elements.During the process of international arbitration,interim measures of protection have great significance to guarantee the smooth of arbitration proceedings and effective implementation of decisions.But the current practice in various countries is different in subject and time of releasing and extraterritorial enforcement.Chinese provisions on international interim measures of protection are far from perfect,we should improve our provisions about interim measures of protection based on the other countries’ provisions.
