| Abstract: | Foundation of the safe jail is necessary composition of construction of the harmonious society,is the new mentality,the new method and action to guarantee the supervising and managing security of prison in the new time. In the advancement of constructing harmonious society,we must make jail safe vigorously.We must consummate the infrastructure,strengthen the foundation management,put human first,and guarantee comprehensively safe orison. |
