全球化与民族国家的消亡

全球化使国家的界限变得模糊 ,对国家的职能和作用产生冲击 ,对国家的主权地位提出严峻挑战。但这并不能得出民族国家过时甚至消亡的结论。因为 ,无论从一国之内还是就世界范围来看 ,政治的冲突、经济利益的差异和文化意识形态的对立都是客观存在的事实 ,全球化并没有创造出使国家最终消亡的政治、经济和文化条件 ,反而在一定程度上强化了民族和国家意识。

Globalization and States and Nations Withering

Globalization blurs the boundary,changes functions,challenges the sovereignty status.It is rust granted to conclude that states are antiquated conceptions and even wither away.It is an objective fact that there exist political conflicts,differences in economic interests and opposition in culture and ideology viewing one state and world wide.Globalization has not made states withering politically,culturally and economically instead of strengthening the whole nations awareness of the state to some extent.
