| Abstract: | The inspection and supervision to community corrections reflects the prosecution＇s supervision ability to in the community correction,also reflects the micro performance of the inspection and supervision system.community corrections supervision results can be observed from three dimensions,the point,line,and surface.Shackles of the concept of supervision,lack of legal norms,barriers in mechanisms are constraints of inspection and supervision effective of community corrections at this stage.Supervision should change the concept to enhance the oversight capacity,to clarify the scope of supervision,monitoring mechanisms and other innovative path,to upgrade ffectiveness of inspection and supervision of community corrections. |
