| Abstract: | Evidence is the core and spirit of penal lawsuit. All evidences should be questioned by court before they become the grounds of cases. Cross-Examination is the most efficient way to prove evidences, it is also a basic quality of penal lawyers and an important target of measuring lawyers' defending art and skill of lawyers. |
