| 摘 要： | 我国目前的著作权法律制度采取创作保护主义和自愿登记原则，作品登记在于为解决著作权纠纷提供初步证据。这对于维护著作权人的合法权益、降低权利人的交易成本、保障交易安全起到了重要的作用。但是由于现行的登记办法中缺乏对作品的独创性的严格审查，制定作品登记办法的初衷并不能够完全达到。本文拟从一起案例分析入手，探讨对现行的作品登记办法的完善。

| Abstract: | For the purpose of protecting the copyright of authors, providing the evidence in the infringement of copyright,the legal system of registration of works was enacted.But the goal couldn't achieve for lacking examination of the registered works' originality in the procedure of registration.The article wants to analyze a case of infringement of copyright on completing the legal system of registration of works. |
