| 摘 要： | 劳动从一般意义上来讲有两大职能,即天然职能和教育职能。罪犯劳动改造也具有这两大职能。从宏观上说,罪犯劳动改造的实现机制就是通过这两大职能实现的。从微观上说,劳动对罪犯改造天然职能发挥的实现机制在于如何组织罪犯劳动,劳动对罪犯改造教育职能发挥的实现机制在于罪犯在劳动实践中的自身感悟与干警劳动改造教育内容的吻合性和相容性。

| Abstract: | Labor has both natural and educational functions. The labor performed by criminals for the sake of reformation also has these two functions. The natural labor functions in how to organize the criminals to labor, while the educational labor functions in their realization of crimes and is geared to what is offered by prison police in labor. |
