| 摘 要： | 掩饰、隐瞒赃物罪作为妨害司法罪的一种表现形式在日常生活中广泛存在,因此该罪犯罪对象的表现形式越来越复杂化,有必要结合该罪的本质特性对其做深入的探讨。结合《刑法修正案(六)》第十九条的相关规定,掩饰、隐瞒赃物罪的犯罪对象是指应当进入刑事诉讼程序的犯罪行为所得以及产生的蕴涵犯罪所得价值的收益。其表现形式包括动产、不动产以及有形的财产性利益。

| Abstract: | Concealing,concealing booty crime exist widely in the daily life which belong to the hindrance judicature crime,therefore object of this criminal crime manifest more and more complicated,it is necessary to make thorough discussion on essential characteristic of the crime.Unifies the 19th stipulation in"amendment six of criminal law ",crime commitment object in booty concealing,concealing crime should refer to object obtained during the criminal prosecution procedure as well as the income from obtained value.Its manifestation includes movable property,real estate as well as visible property benefit. |
