| 摘 要： | 国籍是国家通过法律确定的公民或国民资格,是个人同国家特定的法律联系,是联结国家和其成员的纽带。当今世界文化与民族多元化的发展状况给我国实施双重国籍带来了机遇,同时也带来了诱发外交争端和政治冲突以及国籍管辖冲突的隐患。通过运用SWOT分析法分析,我国应当把握多元化的时代潮流,完善现行的绿卡制度,对等承认双重国籍,有限度的承认双重国籍。
