| Abstract: | Under the non-combatant state,in order to achieve the aim of implementing psychological war,ways of approach should be carefully chosen according to the characteristics and law of this kind of combat,appropriate war atmosphere should be created,war information should be selected to make the opponent produce the intention conformed to police and the control of combat information must be effectively strengthened. |
