| Abstract: | The basic-level legal administration of villages and towns is related to the overall situation of rural development. At present among the administration behaviors of candres at basic level exists mang problems and inadequacies.For legal administration,the dessemination of law needs to be strengthened to develop the legal sense of the mass.The construction of candres needs to be consolidated to improve their legal qualities.Meanwhile,the environment of administration needs to be bettered,and the legal supervision needs to be strengthened as well. |
