| Abstract: | Ten changes in Informationization guiding modern investigation work include： investigation concept transforms to active detection of ＂intelligence guiding investigation work＂;to diversity investigation mode;to information-based intensive and intelligent means and measures of investigation;to normalized means of ＂handling a case online＂;to integral linkage and cooperative mechanism of investigation cooperation;to flattening and point-to-point commanding mechanism of investigation;to objective and elaborate management of investigation team;to active innovative mechanism of investigation of research and development by grassroots police;to ＂improvement without increase＂ means of increasing police force;and the structure of knowledge of investigation staff to application of information and technology. |
