| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着社会的发展,人们越来越关注生命健康,对医疗卫生服务的需求日益提高。同时,民众的维权意识显著增强,医患之间的关系变得越来越复杂。仅从伦理学或社会学的角度来考虑医患关系紧张的原因远远不够,还应从法律的角度来审视医患关系的现状,学习国外先进经验,加强医疗立法、创新医疗机制、改进医疗审判、加强法制宣传与教育,才能真正构建和谐医患关系。
