| 摘 要： | 在职警察自身的特点和培训教学的短期性决定了察警培训擒拿格斗课的教学不同于公安院校在校学生的擒拿格斗课教学,突出擒拿格斗适用条件和手段以及相关法律知识讲解,加大擒拿教学训练内容,进行实战模拟和心理素质的训练,是在职警察培训教学中较贴近公安实践需要的教学模式。

| Abstract: | The short-term characteristics of on-job training for police have decided the different teaching methods from those of the undergraduates in police tactical skills training.Focusing on the application conditions,measures and law knowledge explanation,strengthening the content of training,carrying out the simulated practical training and psychological training is a practical teaching style for on-job training for police. |
