| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告提出的法治精神博大精深、内涵丰富。公安机关践行法治精神有利手推进社会主义法治国家建设的进程，有利于社会主义和谐社会的构建，有利于建设一支高素质的公安队伍。当前形势下，公安机关应该公正执法，树立法律至上的精神；公开执法，树立公平正义的精神；严格执法，树立保障权利、限制权力的精神，从而践行法治精神的基本要求。
