浅论犯罪心理画像在我国刑侦实践中的应用

On the Application of Criminal Profiling in China' s Criminal Investigation Practice

Criminal profiling is kind of technique and method of using psychoanalytic and behavior psychological principle and theory,to provide the most likely information such as personality characteristics,psychological characteristics,behavior characteristics and thus help investigation organs to determine the scope of investigation.In recent years,criminal profiling has gained more and more attention and interest in the investigation field.However,only if we correctly understand and master the applicable condition of criminal profiling and its research methods,and clarify its relationship with criminal science and technology,can we better apply it to the investigation practice.Criminal profiling can be applied to any criminal cases.The key is that through the analysis of a case study and accumulation of behavioral material,we can provide theoretical support and case guidance to investigation practice.
