辅警执法权问题研究

辅警在协助公安民警维护我国社会治安中发挥着重要作用,然而近年来关于辅警执法权引发的诉讼争议也层出不穷。因此,深入分析辅警是否具有独立的执法权,加强辅警性质的理论研究,是目前亟待解决的问题,也是我国辅警研究中争议最大的问题。只有明确定位,明晰职责,规范言行,加强管理,才能建设规范化的辅警队伍。

Research on the Power of Auxiliary Plice's Law Enforcement

In recent years,the auxiliary police plays an important role in assisting police officer to maintain law and order in our society,-while the power of the auxiliary police＇s law enforcement is in controversy.Therefore,-it is urgent and controversial to analyze whether the anxiliary police has the power of law enforcement and to enforce the theoretical research of the nature of the auxiliary police.Only through clear positioning,clear responsibility,regulated behavior and strengthened management,can we construct a standardized auxiliary police team.
