| 摘 要： | 学生党员先锋模范作用的发挥机制是公安院校育人机制的重要方面。紧紧围绕公安人才培养目标,制定切实可行的学生党建工作计划;通过各种途径搭建平台,提高学生党员的素养;增强党组织的创造力、凝聚力、战斗力;多策并举,校园文化育人、警务化管理育人,充分发挥学生党员的先锋模范作用。
