谈新时期警察公共关系建设之路

当前,建设警察公共关系可从以下八个方面着力:一、重视公关工作,树立全员公关意识;二、理顺警察体制,转变服务理念;三、统筹规划,逐步完善警察公共关系建设机制;四、加强警察公共关系理论研究,确保警察话语权;五、建立与大众传媒的良好关系,重视媒介软权力的作用;六、借鉴危机公关的有益经验,丰富警察危机公关的理论和实践;七、在执法活动中彰显人文关怀意识,提升警察形象;八、策划形式多样的公关活动,实现与社会公众的互动沟通。

A Discussion on Constructing Public Relations of Police in New Period

At present,constructing public relations of police can be set about from the following eight aspects:firstly,attach much importance to public relations work and establish the consciousness of public relations among the whole staff;secondly,standardize the police system and change the concept of service;thirdly,gradually improve the construction system of police public relations through integrated planning;fourthly,strengthen theoretical study of police public relations and ensure the police's right of discourse;fifthly establish a good relationship with media and attach importance to its power;sixthly,enrich the theory and practice of crisis public relations for the police through learning from beneficial experience;seventhly,embody the consciousness of humanistic concern in the law-enforcement activities to upgrade the police image;eighthly,plan various kinds of activities of public relations to realize the interactive communication with the public.
