| Abstract: | The reform and development of public security affairs must depend on the digital means, by which the model of investigation should be transformed according to the development of society and the change of crime. Meanwhile, many aspects concerned should be changed and developed, such as the specialization of the
investigators, the consolidation of fundamental work, the use of hi-tech techniques, the construction of legal
civilization and the regulations and rules concerned. |
