| 摘 要： | 驰名商标的保护在我国始于 2 0世纪 80年代 ,经过十余年的保护实践 ,国家工商局于 1 996年 8月颁布了《驰名商标认定和管理暂行规定》。虽然《规定》对驰名商标的认定和保护做了规定 ,但在理论和实践上尚有不足之处 ,有待进行立法完善。 |
