| 摘 要： | 为实现律师提前介入之立法意图 ,刑事诉讼法第九十六条关于律师介入侦查程序的具体时间应提前至犯罪嫌疑人被第一次讯问前 ,并应增加规定侦查人员有义务立即告知犯罪嫌疑人有聘请律师提供法律帮助之权利 ,同时将免费律师法律援助制度引入侦查程序。

| Abstract: | In order to realize the purpose of lawyers' intervention ahead of time,the 96th provision of the Code of Criminal Proledure demostrates that the time that the lawyer intervenes the process of investigation should be moved before the criminal suspect is interrogated for the first time,and the duty should be increased that the detectives should tell the suspect that he has the right to employ a lawyer to provide legal help,and at the same time,the system of free-charge lawyer legal help is to be introduced into the procedure of investigation. |
