| 摘 要： | 最近几年 ,湖南省农村火灾事故呈上升趋势 ,发生火灾的原因是农村消防工作存在基础薄弱 ,农民的消防安全意识淡薄 ;农村消防水源不足 ,消防器材严重缺乏 ,农民自防自救能力差 ;农村村寨大 ,防火间距小等主要问题。解决农村消防工作的问题应采取改善村民住房条件、提高建筑物耐火等级等对策。

| Abstract: | In the past few years,rural fires have been increasing in Hunan province.The causes generally are that there are some problems in rural fire protection,the peasants'weak consciousness of fire protection;the inadequate water source;lackness of fire protection equipment,the peasant's poor ability of self_protection and self_saving,the large villages and the short fire prevention distance.To solve those problems,counter_measures are to better the villagers' housing conditions,improve buildings'heat_resistance capacity,etc. |
