经济社会的快速发展，高速公路车流量不断增大，客运车辆违法行为日益突出。客运车辆交通违法行为主要有超员现象比较严重、超速违法普遍存在、违停上下客屡禁不止等特点，由此引发的重特大交通事故屡见不鲜。客运车辆安全管理问题成为了高速公路交通安全管理的一大重点。因此，应进一步加强客运车辆安全管理，有效促进事故预防。
