| 摘 要： | 我国的犯罪预防体系主要由群众预防、专业预防和技术预防三部分组成。公安机关的预防犯罪工作是专业预防的重要组成部分 ,作为公安机关重要组成部分的公安派出所以“管理、防范”为主要任务 ,这表明预防犯罪工作已成为公安派出所的主要工作。公安派出所的预防犯罪职能主要表现为 :公安派出所是公安机关预防犯罪工作的主要承担者 ,是群众预防的组织者 ,是技术预防的推动者。

| Abstract: | The criminal preventive system mainly includes three parts,i.e.,mass prevention,professional prevention and technological prevention.The preventive work of public security organs is an important part of professional prevention,as well as the management-prevention task of police substation.The preventive functions of police substation are as follows:the police substation works as the main force of professional prevention,as the organizor of the mass prevention,and as the impetus to the technological prevention. |
