基层民警心理压力及其调适

由于职业的特点,警察比一般社会成员要承受更多的来自工作、社会、家庭和自身发展等方面的压力,这些压力严重地影响了他们的身心健康.各级公安机关应通过消除或改善压力源,开展心理咨询和心理健康教育,建立并完善警察心理健康支持体系等一系列措施来缓解民警心理压力,帮助其进行心理调适,保持民警心理健康.

Owing to professional characteristics,policemen undergo more pressures from work,society,family and self-development than ordinary people,which seriously influences their health.Public security organs at all levels should alleviate the psychological pressure on policemen through eliminating or improving source of pressure,conducting psychological advisory and mental health education,establishing and perfecting the supporting system psychological health of policemen.Thus to help the policemen conduct psychological adjustment and maintain psychological health.
