| 摘 要： | 侦查讯问的原则是侦查讯问学研究的基本理论问题之一 ,它对指导侦查讯问实践、完成侦查讯问任务具有至关重要的作用。确定侦查讯问的原则 ,一要看它是否贯穿全部侦查讯问活动始终 ,能否指导和制约全部侦查讯问活动 ;二要看它有没有法律依据。以此来衡量 ,侦查讯问的原则应是依法讯问 ;严禁刑讯逼供和以其他非法的方法获取口供 ;保守秘密。

| Abstract: | The principles about interrogation is one of the basic theories of the science of interrogation,which make great use guiding interrogation and accomplishing it.How to make out the principles about interrogation?First,they should go through the whole process of interrogation from beginning to ending,and guide,restrain interrogation.Second,they should be made on some legal basis.Therefore,the principles about interrogation should include the following:legal interrogation,no extortion of a confession by torture or by other illegal methods,and protection of secrets. |
