| 摘 要： | 如何对待被告人供述可以说体现了一个国家刑事诉讼价值与被告人人权保护的现状。我国刑事诉讼实践中,由于过分注重被告人口供导致一些冤假错案。这除了观念上的原因, 根本在于我国证据理论缺乏对自白相关规则的研究,立法规定也粗糙。因此,从理论上对自白规则加以研究是不可回避的问题。
