| 摘 要： | 我国大学生犯罪总体呈上升趋势,其犯罪的特点具有团伙性、激情性、报复性、技术性和盲目性。高校应从加强大学生的道德、法制教育和心理健康教育、优化校园文化环境、建立有效的防范机制等措施入手,不断研究新情况,解决新问题,只有这样大学生犯罪问题才能够得到有效的防范和遏制。

| Abstract: | The rate of college students' offence trends to risi ng in China and is with the distinguishing feature of organization,emotion,retal iation,technique,and blindness.For strengthening students' ethical cultivatio n,education of legal and psychological system,and campus quality,the dominato rs in higher col-leges should study new situations and solve new problems cons tantly by estibilish precautionary measures and mechanism,only thus can we sol ve the issues about college students' offence effectively. |
