试论高职院校图书馆期刊建设与管理

在高职院校,由于期刊具有文献信息含量大,科学技术信息情报新的特点,已成为高职院校提高办学质量的重要环节。因此,高职院校图书馆应建立科学的期刊体系;充分发挥快捷高效的服务功能;同时还应注重期刊工作人员的自身素质的提高。

Proving the Construction and the Management of Periodical in the Library of the Vocational College of Higher Education

The utilization ratio of periodical is higher than the common books in the vocational college of higher educatcon.Most of teachers and students like and pay attention to the periodical.So the library must select and collect periodical documents,following the direction of running the college,specialities offered,The aim of training,students'reading characteristic and the need of scientific resrarch in the college.At the same time the library must manage the periodical scientifically in order to make the scientif-ic and modern mamagement of periodical becoming the development direction of the library in the voca-tional college of higher education.
