| 摘 要： | 中国台湾企业与日本企业在大陆直接投资的规模、结构、地区分布以及经济绩效等方面都有很大的不同。21世纪面临更加激烈的竞争,中国台湾企业可以借鉴日本在大陆投资成功的经验,调整对大陆的直接投资战略,从而在大陆进一步拓展经营,提高其效益,实现双赢。

| Abstract: | The investments of Taiwan enterprises and Japanese enterprises in the mainland of China are very different in the scale,structure,geographical distribution as well as economic performance.Taiwan enterprises may learn from successful experience of Japan in investment in the mainland of China and adjust the strategy of the direct investment in order to further expand the scale of operation for more profit in a win-win manner. |
