| 摘 要： | 腐败不仅是一种政治现象和经济现象,而且是一种社会现象和法律现象.政治学、经济学、法学和社会学等学科对腐败概念的界定维度各不相同,由此形成的腐败定义各有短长.从多学科的视界融合中界定腐败概念,可定义为公职人员滥用公共权力,侵犯公共利益以谋取私人利益,使公共权力异化的不合法和不合理的作为或不作为.由此定义出发,可采用二分法对腐败行为加以分类并简释其含义.

| Abstract: | Corruption is not only a political and economic phenomenon, but also a social and legal phenomenon. Corruption is separately given definition by political science, economics, law and sociology from different perspectives. If it is given definition in a multi-course fusion, corruption can be seen as a illegal and unreasonable action or inaction that civil servants abuse public powers, seek private interests by encroaching on public interests and alienate public power. |
