| 摘 要： | 《钦定宪法大纲》只有"君上大权"和"附臣民权利义务"两部分内容,虽然带有浓厚的封建性,但通过对大纲具体条文的分析,我们可以看到,大纲的诸多条文仍不乏合理性、进步性和民主性,大纲在一定程度上带有资产阶级民主主义的内容,基本上是一个资产阶级的宪法性文件,其宪政色彩初露端倪。

| Abstract: | Constitutional Outline Made by the Imperial Order only had two parts of contents:"the monarch power authority" and "attaching the rights and duties of subjects of a feudal ruler ",although the content had some characters of strong feudalism,through the concrete article analysis of it,we may see many articles still did not lack rationality,progress and democracy,in some degree,there was bourgeois democracy principle content in the outline,basically,it was a bourgeoisie's constitution document with constitutionalism characteristics. |
