| 摘 要： | 食品安全事件的频发,使食品安全问题再次成为我国经济生活及社会发展所面临的重大难题之一。用重典保护食品安全已成为全社会的共识。检视食品安全的法理、法事,继续完善刑事立法,扩大食品犯罪圈,完成食品安全的行政法规与刑法的对接,是作为保障法的刑法对食品犯罪的理性选择。

| Abstract: | Frequent accidents concerning food safety makes it a major economic and social problem in China.It has become the social consensus that food safety has to be protected with powerful laws.All the following are the rational choices for the criminal law as the protective law to fight against crimes on food safety：supervising food safety with legal theories and actions,improving criminal legislations continually,expanding crime ranges,completing the link between administrative regulations and criminal law. |
