| 摘 要： | 刑法修正案对刑法典修正的主要表现为增设新罪与完善旧罪。刑法修正案在内容与形式上都具有自己的特征。修正案的修订主体、修正案的修改内容、修正案的表现形式等方面有必要进一步完善，以实现修正案对刑法典修改的最优化。

Criminal Law amendments have their own characteristics in the contents and forms. Further improvemant should be made in the fields of the legisalature, coverage and forms of legislation amendments, so as to optimize Penal Code. |
