| 摘 要： | 目前,行政腐败、司法腐败及金融腐败导致的各种洗钱行为逐渐成为一种危害极为严重的犯罪现象。杜绝洗钱犯罪分子的后继之路是有效惩治贪污腐败的必由之路。反洗钱任重而道远,必须采取有效措施以维护我国的政治稳定和金融安全。

| Abstract: | At present,accompanying the crime of money laundering to the crimes of underworld organization,narcotics drugs,terrorism and mmuggling,there is another very serious money laundering phenomenon of corruption in the fields of administration, jurisdiction and finance.The way to put an end to the money laundering crime is also the way to punish the crime of corruption and bribery.The burden of anti-money laundering is heavy and the road is long.We should take effective measures to safeguard our political steady and financial safety. |
