| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪以来,东北亚的投资环境发生了较大变化:在政治环境方面,朝鲜半岛局势缓和、中俄两国签署了《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》;该地区经贸关系发展迅速;东北亚日趋成为亚洲的投资重点。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of the new century, greater changes have taken place in Northeast Asia's investment environment: The situation is improving on the Korean Peninsula, China and Russia have signed "The Sino-Russian Good-Neighbourly Friendship Cooperation Treaty", regional economies and trade are growing rapidly, and Northeast Asia has become a hot area for investment. |
